This Summer our Library co-sponsored a Sunflower Contest with The Goshen Garden Club for pre-school through six grader. Children came to the library at the end of May to plant seeds in pots which they took home to plant in their gardens. On August 29th the children were invited back to the library for a party with their sunflowers. Judges from the garden club decided that the winners were James Vlasto and Samantha Valenti who are pictured with Chldrens’ Librarian, Pam Buckley.
